One other option is to not install Poser to the programs file, rather create a Folder at the root of C: such as C:Poser and try it there. Windows should not interfere as you are not messing with Programs Folder. As a side note in Windows 10 when I was at work transferring a file and it asked to select the location It displays C:Fakefilename instead of C:EXFile
One other thing Poser Physics 2012 is a third party add-on. You may want to contact the author about the problem also.
