Thanks, Diogenes. I began in Poser 4 in 2004. It came to me pretty easy and the interface was, as I mentioned, very intuitive. I gradually tried Bryce, Vue 6, and Carrara. All were better render engines than Poser (or early Daz) but each had specific issues. It just seems Daz has become so hard to maneuver around in. I'm sure it takes a few months to be comfortable with the basic operations. Most of what I've discovered has been by accident. Most people say, "Use the tutorials". It just seems most of the tutorials use the older versions, or if they are newer, they seem to assume you are familiar with all the terms and with the interface. It's similar to what I mentioned above. You can ask some people what time it is, and they wanna tell you how to build a watch. I guess my patience is short. Someone needs to write a book called 'Daz4 for Dummies. Thanks!
