I'd also like to know about that pose set/tutorial @pigfis9.
Edited to Add: OK, I think I have those sets, one for Dawn and one for Dusk by Lyrra called Fitroom Helpers.
Unfortunately, I only see the Dusk set available here and at HiveWire. Not sure what happened to the Dawn set.
