What are you looking for in terms of "realistic"? No, I don't want pictures. Are you wanting longer, natural growth, short trimmed, cut in some shape, shaved on the sides and neat and trim in the middle? Different options can mean different techniques.

As far as what to grow it on, I recommend a prop for being able to save it for use with other scenes. Poser Pro has copy morph functions for both figures and props to help the prop follow the morphs of the figure. I believe there is a script available here for copying them if you don't have pro. I don't know it if works with props. I don't remember what it's called. Hair roots will follow a morph on the object it is grown on, but if the hair is styled, that part might get messed up. I don't have the morphs you mentioned so I don't know how much they move Vickie's anatomy.
