Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 29 1:45 am)
The universal poses do work but yes, minor adjust is neccessary. Alyson’s poses used as universal application will work nicely. The head controls are in the body part, but I believe you can see them in the head part if you Unhide the parameters. You can export a morph injection file (use compression mode and external pmd mode) to save out Pauline’s morphs, then inject them into Paul - you can get greater variety that way. Her breast and gens morphs cause error for the Paul figure, and are best excluded from the exported morph injection.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "body parts drop down menu", but I use the Hierarchy Editor to select body parts, and both Paul's Head and Pauline's Head show up in the Hierarchy Editor.

In the Pose Room when you pick your figure in the upper left hand corner on the viewing window, the drop down to the right of that has body parts, the head it's not listed for Paul (or Pauline) in the body parts, but if you bring up Andy it's there. I think at one time they wanted yes you work with heads in tired Face Room, but I want to do it in the Pose. Room
I think he's talking about this menu
The head is in a secondary menu under chest parts. All the face controls are listed un a sub-menu of the head. I find it easier to keep the hierarchy menu open at all times and use that. But that's me. I have 2 screens, so I have the space to do that.

Ohhhhh, I don't usually use that, but now that you posted the screenshot, I remember it, and yes all the right facing arrows mean there's a secondary list.

Genesis 2 poses work extremely well with Paul and Pauline. There are almost no clothes for either figure, in part because rigging issues fettered vendors. With Poser Pro, you can easily convert clothing yourself in the fitting room. I have a freebie dress mannequin (must purchase $5 mannequins for Evolution at Charlie Gamma Bravo Yankee Tango Echo Sierra) that gives you the ability to rig dresses with skirt handles in the fitting room. I have other freebies for Paul and Pauline. RobZhena’s Freebies

I just got Poser Pro 11 and noticed that Paul has no poses in the pose folder and Pauline only has a few. What do you do if you want to apply poses? Do universal poses work with them--my experience had been that universal Poses rarely work well.
Secondly under Body Parts there is no head selection, I can manually select the heads but why don't they come up like in older figures?
