The FAQ on the new e-on site does not make a commitment on the resurrection of Cornucopia3D. It also states that if they do not recreate it then any credits you have will be transferred to your e-on account. There is no mention of a refund.

I have asked e-on if refunds will not be given. I'm certainly not doing subscriptions so any money in an e-on account is not something I will be able to use.
