As for realism, especial in skin, I find the skin texture maps to be lacking in general. The only one I truly love is the Elite Lana set from Daz.
Not having used that 2013 WM V4, I can't compare. All I know is, Sasha-16 is a dream to pose and bend. Here's two more:
