Do try the Silverleif Studio's A2Z texture set from DAZ. It's quite useful and covers a LOT of ethnicities well. It's one of the hand-painted types (as opposed to the photographed-from-flesh sort). No bump maps that i recall, but if you have others they can be applied to good effect.
