Subject: Blender 2.8 Keyframe Bug?

Thanks, Lobo. I appreciate the response. I haven't checked out the DB yet, although I suspect most of these issues will have been reported by now. That's going to be my next step since there's really no doubt in my mind at this point that these are indeed bugs (to be expected in beta anyway). Again, I can't stress enough that this is in no way a complaint about the software on my part, just a warning to others who might not heed the caution of a beta release being used in production. There's a reason they don't want you to use it for anything serious yet.

I've seen Ducky's tutorials before. I love how he is using Eevee for motion graphics and abstract work. That's right up my alley so to speak. Yeah, there really wasn't anything in there that reflects my issues so far, but it's still a good video. One thing I might recommend contrary to what he suggests in his tutorial is to always try to render out your video as an image sequence rather than a compressed video codec. As long as you have the hard drive space and access to a standard video editing software for post-production, rendering out to something like uncompressed PNG sequence with alpha channel will give you much greater flexibility over the quality of the video in the end.
