Looking at reports from other users this can happen if a figure attempts to load morphs not installed. The suggestion is to look at the DSON log file. It might be worth checking the log file to see if it contains more information

On my machine the log file is located

C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\DsonPoser\log.txt

To find where your DSON install directory, select Scripts->DSON Support->Importer Preferences. The cache folder is display which will show the location of the DAZ 3D folder.
