A) When you import there is a menu of check boxes, one of them is labeled "percent of standard figure size" check that and lower the percentage to 20% (this may be to big or to small, but will give you a place to start experimenting) B) To add a figure to the library, click the plus sign at the bottom of the library you want to put it into. (if the item has no movable parts it should go into the prop library) C) I can't help you with making the figures move, but check the tutorials section right here at renderosity.(http://www.renderosity.com/tutorial.ez)
