I have seen a few asset manger add-ons for a price but Blender does not have one unique to itself or at least not to the level of some of the paid add-ons I have looked at a few of the hard surface modeling add-ons and they all look useful but trying to narrow down to one I am willing to invest in has not come easy have you looked at any of them just curious
