ArchPack is an addon I definitely want to purchase.
At the moment I feel it would be a bit cheating. Since I am in the learning process I have to do everything the hard way, But I will for sure acquire it this fall.
btw do you know that website ? there you can download all these houses blueprints: Got it from a video on how to model a house (the hard way :)

The base Archipack is Free there is one on Gumroad that is on Gumroad which is for sale not sure if it is the same developer or not just click on the bold Free at the beginning of my sentence and that will lead you the base version that is pretty loaded with premade models and more. Also the instructor of the tutorials I posted in earlier post has several excellent courses on Udemy which I think I have taken all of them he is very detailed moves at a steady pace he is an excellent instructor
