Yes we are the new owners. 😄

And usually you get that error after you have installed more than the 3 installations limit on each serial number. I will be checking the support desk soon, OR you can send me an email to jennblake@renderosity.com with your serial number that you are installing with, email used when registering and your name. I will reset the serial for you.
