There are a whole range of models of different types available, some as freebies, some are paid for models. Starting a model from scratch isn't a realistic proposition without significant expertise (and talent) with a 3d modelling program. Try this site

and have look at the figures to see if you can find something closer to what you are looking for. And have you checked out the cartoon figures with p11, such as LaRoo? Also try playing around with morphs included in the figures, and scaling (especially of the heads of the toon figures).
