You can always use the raytrace preview Window to see the Superfly/Cycles previews.

Last time I clicked that and forgot to drastically reduce my render options, it froze Poser so bad my entire computer froze. Well, I'm not disputing you and I do agree with Tracy that the window is rather small. Of course, I think the material window window is too small too. But I do use the Raytrace Preview and make sure you refresh it. And you can switch back to the pose room, zoom in on whatever body part you want to see it better, then switch back. It can be a pain, but it should work.

What works great is not using Cycles materials until/unless I can preview them.

I mean, at least let us see colors and textures like the preview window does with Firefly materials.
