Thanks for the hint! I think this is exactly what I need. I´ll try it out :)
V4's rigging at the knees/calf is a bit tricky. You're also going to get some unexpected effects due to the nature of the changes in geometry for this body morph. There won't be any "self-collision deforms" available, no inherent "soft-body physics" available, to automate a solution to this problem.
Weight mapping the figure from scratch for this particular morph would be desirable as it will help move away from some issues with that particular joint setup. But, it still won't solve the collision issue by itself. You're just gonna have to make some JCM's for the kneebend or some correction morphs to make to look like you want it to.
It's renders like these who time and again amaze me of what SASHA is capable of!
Thank you for posting this @randym77.
Have you noticed the extreme texture stretching at the knee cap in the original V4 render vs. much less/almost unnoticable with SASHA? It took me a lot of time to get the right balance, same in the elbows b.t.w..
--> ...shameless self-promotion... ;o)
SASHA-16 can be downloaded here (and yes, she's free!):
http://sasha-16.forumprofi.de/
Or just google "SASHA-16".

Karina

what happens when you subdivide that?
Sorry @ghostship2, crosspost!
If you subdivide SASHA, not really much difference except maybe for some "sharp edges" like the one on top of her knee cap in @randym77's render.
With a regular V4? - hopeless!
Remember it's not a question of the mesh (because SASHA and V4 have the same mesh - "blMilWom_v4b.obj").
It's the rigging and weight-mapping that makes all the difference (and two JCMs for this particular pose which will be activated automatically to compensate for some mesh squishing which can't be achieved by weightmaps alone).
regards,
Karina

Hi,
I´m using Poser 11 Pro on a Mac with macOS High Sierra an I´ve got this problem: When I bend the lower leg of a voluptuous V4 person a little more extrem, the lower leg gets pressed into the upper thig instead of getting widened.
I tried to fix it with the morphing tool and the weight maps, but so far the result wasn´t that good and it´s also not reusable for other figures.
Has someone a good workaround to fix this problem?
Thanks in advance Torben
