If you subdivide SASHA, not really much difference except maybe for some "sharp edges" like the one on top of her knee cap in @randym77's render.

With a regular V4? - hopeless!

Remember it's not a question of the mesh (because SASHA and V4 have the same mesh - "blMilWom_v4b.obj").

It's the rigging and weight-mapping that makes all the difference (and two JCMs for this particular pose which will be activated automatically to compensate for some mesh squishing which can't be achieved by weightmaps alone).
