You can send the serial number to me. How do you have it? is it off a box or in an email?

La Femme is NOT included in the upgrade as of yet. La Homme is in development, but we do not have a release date for him just yet.

The upgrade comes from the SM servers at this point until we are done with the transition, but should work without issue for you.

Be sure you are putting your new upgrade serial number in the download manager. If the old one is still there, simply delete and put in the new one. In installation put the New Upgrade license in the first area and then the previous serial in the area just below that. And be sure you are on the installation tab at the top and not the update tab.
