Whoosh. I managed to install the MB-Lab add-on, finally: it seems that somehow I had accidentally unzipped the zip file and Blender was only showing me that in the Add On menu. When I deleted the unzipped file, everything worked as advertised. I also installed the archimesh add on. That looks wonderful, too. Perhaps we can use this thread to discuss the use of these packages?
