There doesn't seem to be a material file for this, but if you go to the hair prop itself, (Hair/Alysonlegacy/Koz/Jessi/) you will find there are two separate updo models, one black, one blonde The easiest way to find the actual texture files if you want to modify those is to load the hair, go to the material room, simple tab then click on browse on one of the texture maps
