Asked this in another area but this one seems pretty active. I got the new Download manager & running it now. I've 11.1.1.35510 currently. There's both an Installer and Updater for 11.1.1.35540.

Should I just run the updater or the full Installer?

No. 11.2 isn't out yet. It was delayed. The new expected date is the 19th.
