i can't even open the program after installing the 11.2 "UNABLE TO CONTACT LICENSE SERVER" "you must have an active internet connection to renew your lease"

I Would suggest that you go to C:-ProgramData-Poser-11 make a backup of this folder then delete it this causes to reset your activation just as if would be the first time. naturally hoping that they kept the same licence path

I had this issue a few times when building models in the Setup room and deleated wrong bones in the hierarchy it caused crashes that corrupted my licence files... it gave me the same error but after removing the folder i was able to reactivate the licence.

with a little hope this might work for you
