You might try using Crossdresser

That's always been my converter of choice when it comes to clothing. To my knowledge, nothing converts footwear. Crossdresser also supports the removal of bones and the transferring of morphs. There is no reason a jacket should have shin bones for instance. I think the module price is the same but they have Dawn and Dusk as well. Still waiting for word on LaFemme.
