I can't vouch for this particular program but I do have a database that I maintain which is no longer on sale. It allows me to add all my content along with the date, vendor, category and content detail. Mine is manual so I have to update it as I add content but this looks automatic although I cannot see if it maintains all the data my database does.
As to it's use, well I would be lost if I did not have the database. I can quickly scan to see if I already have a product, as this product will, before you purchase which seems small as a marketplace usually keeps a log of you purchases but mine has saved me money on more than one occasion. This is usually because I have purchased the content at a different marketplace but on some occasions it has also been because the marketplace logging has failed for some reason. It is also great for finding content, as this program would be, when I want to finish a scene, I am maybe short of a spacecraft, a room is short of a clock or a light. It surprises me if a I do a search on a prop such as a clock on how many exists in my runtime, some props in their own right and some part of some other content. Finally, should any of my content become corrupted my database shows when it was purchased and, as I keep all my zips in a year folder with monthly sub folders it is easy to find the original zip and reinstall the content.
As I said, I cannot vouch for this particular program but from my experience it should provide enough to make the cost well worth the investment.
I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 - Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU . The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.
