I've never heard of Content Cataloger PRO. Here are some other suggestions:
RSR to PNG Converter: Whatever content library manager you use, first run this Windows freeware to make sure you have visual thumbnail previews for all your older content. Load it then point it at your ../runtime (not your ../content) folder; select ‘recursive’ and let it run (there’s no indication it’s running) for about 30 to 60 minutes. It will inspect each item, and if it finds there is no preview thumbnail for it, it will make one.
PzDB: I use PzDb on a vast 20-year runtime and am happy with it. Version 1.3 also had partial success in cataloguing DAZ .duf files and similar. There's a free trial. One simply drags and drops from PzDB to Poser, and this works fine with the latest Poser 11.2 version.
D3D’s XL – Extended Library. Was reported as broken by Poser 11.2, but also reported was that someone was working on a fix.
P3DO. Another one that broke with Poser 11.2 but there's a fix.
Those are the three known Poser library managers that I would consider, if I were a new user.
