Subject: Worst upgrade EVAR!

Glitterati, Point to me WHERE EXACTLY in my post is this SCREECHING ATTACK? "Most Poser users found the upgrade to be painless, useful and professionally completed for the user". Well, except for those posting to the contrary in the forum and myself. I upgraded the day it came out (being in Australia, juggling US vs Aust dates can be confusing) with fully supported version of the software. During the install I selected "Use existing settings" for my preferences. I installed to the previous directory, over the currently installed version The previous version was the PP11 that was operational the day before the 'UP'grade I am using a W10Pro i7 with 128g RAM and a 1060 - all of which worked well the day before the 'UP'grade I have also installed the NEW new Poser 11 'UP'grade

all of this to no avail.

I am glad that MOST POSER USERS found little difficulty, let's throw a party sometime, I just want my EXPENSIVE PROGRAM to work.

Please, if you want to interpret my opening post as hostile then just move on. I need help with my poser, not advice on my character.

@Vitachick, From your remark, I guess you have not read posts in the forum? Thanks for your very helpful observation, it really hasn't helped at all

So, help me out here......you installed the upgrade more than 10 days ago (by Australian or US calendar) and didn't test it? Had this problem 10 days ago and didn't report it anywhere?

If you want assistance, you need to calm down and ASK for it.

Start with a support ticket for assistance. Then come back here and let fellow users TRY to help you figure it out. But, we can't do much to assist you if you only want to attack, screech and complain.
