Please keep in mind that the folks here are, by and large, users just like you. You need to follow the proper procedure for tech support and that is to file a support ticket here: https://support.posersoftware.com/portal/newticket
In the meantime, try something simple for me. Go to Edit>General Preferences and check Launch to Factory Scene.
Exit Poser, then re-launch it and post a screen shot of your opening screen.
