So it finally has to happen. The negative comments are starting to roll in from folks who hadn't bother to read the forums or file a support ticket. SMH.
To be fair, it probably was a rude surprise for many, to find they couldn't open Poser any more. Not everyone reads the forums, and though Rosity and Smith Micro sent out emails warning of the change, it probably looked like junk mail to a lot of people, if they even still use the email they registered the software with.
I'm guessing the grace period is over, and we're going to get a lot more people wondering why Poser no longer works.
Right, and there's nothing wrong with that. Not everyone is going to have a successful upgrade.
But, coming in the forum, screeching, threatening with attorneys, and slamming Poser no matter how much help one tries to give is just not the way to get help.
I GET that folks are upset. But, step back, calm down and ASK for help. This forum will try it's best to help, and the support structure will also work with users to help.
