I've been exporting renders in .psd format quite often in Poser Pro 11.2. I'm using 2 Macs and neither one has given me any .psd export issues so far. Poser Pro versions 11.2.276 on one Mac and 11.2.289 on the other one.

Not sure what's going on with your installation. By chance, did you have any custom Auxilliary Render Settings set up that might not have been preserved during the upgrade? Just a shot in the dark, but someone else had some Z-Depth buffer data being saved along with the exported render. A quick peek at that Auxilliary Render Settings drop down in Render Settings (for FireFly) might show something unusual.
