Subject: HELP cannot run poser

I have not downloaded squat for years - no updates to Poser, no new system software, no "Flash" updates. Stuff happens, and if it was just me I would assume this Mac was just getting old (which is the case). However, the consistency among different users suggests someone (Smith Microsystems?) reached into my computer without my permission and did something to prevent me from using Poser 9 so that I would have to shell out $100 for the update to version 11 or lose the art I have generated over the last several years. Am I missing something? How many people are dealing with this BS?

For most people, it appears that the upgrade went smoothly. However, as you stated, Stuff does indeed happen. What error messages are you getting? You said "No flash updates" Have you tried updating your flash? Where do you store your generated art of the last several years? As far I know, Poser only saves your last 100 renders (Correction needed).
