I installed the new version of Poser Pro 11.2 How can I make it start up showing Andy the robot instead of the naked girt?

You have to set up a scene with Andy and then go to Edit- General Preferences and select "Launch to preferred scene" then click on "Set Preferred Scene". That will make sure Andy's there and waiting every time you launch Poser.
