I tried to open Poser only to get the "you gotta be on the interwebs to activate the license thingy".

So how do I get the permanent license? I spend too much time at sea with no internet access for my laptop to have to call home every time I want to use it...

From what I understand, you only have to be online for the one time you activate it. My internet rolled over and died a few times since activation but Poser opened and ran without a problem.

I was online the first time I opened it. Then I let it sit for a few days because I was too busy with real life to get back into it. By the time I had time to open Poser, my ship had gotten underway and I had no internet access. And I got that message.

If I had a nickle for ever time a woman told me to get lost, I could buy Manhattan.
