In your preferences, is your library file search set to "Deep"? If it's not, check it and try again.

Yes, it's set to deep. I just reinstalled 2.289 and the problem persists. I tried to load a morph of Pauline2 from my own library, and it fails the same way. I thought when I saved the figure it was a whole figure, but apparently it references the file in the Poser runtime?
