I was having a lot of trouble finding where things were parked, aside from my personal runtime, so I did a fresh uninstall and then created a new folder in Program Files to direct the new install to, and a new folder on my secondary SSD for the Poser Runtime. This seems to have solved the problem. Apparently the installer was not doing a full uninstall (I will try to check on this when I have a moment) in the old install folder, so whatever screwed things up was never fixed by reinstalling the software or the content. This might have something to do with it automatically using the Smith Micro folder when I first upgraded to 11.2. Or not... who knows... Anyway, it seems to be working now. Thanks for all your help, everyone.
