I don't want to confuse you further... but I just checked mine and this is where I found things. (on a Mac)

/Poser 11/Runtime/Python/poserScripts/ScriptsMenu/Wardrobe Wizard Menu.py

/Poser 11/Runtime/Python/poserScripts/PhilC/Wardrobe Wizard P11/

Bellow are all the files in the that Wardrobe Wizard P11 folder Screen Shot 2019-10-05 at 9.59.36 am.png I don't know if anything else is required or if this will help at all.
