Hello Ohki.
Sounds like a Cuda problem. I had the grey screen on my renders also.
Use this tool to see if your graphics card can run Cuda. If it shows unticked or greyed out, you might be able to go onto the cuda site and update the cuda drivers. If not, you may need a bigger graphics card.
