_You need to submit a ticket here: https://support.posersoftware.com/support and the update is not a choice...at some point you will HAVE to update or the software will not work. It depends on the grace period you had with SM on your activation. But it will stop at some point.
_ When I asked about upgrading from Smith Micro so I could continue to get support I was told "Why you bought it from here and we will continue supporting it," Now I got a notification that my support has ended because I did not change over from Smith Micro, now I have no support for my Poser 11 program, why did this happen, and what should I do?
