Subject: Poser Crashed and with ERROR MESSAGE: Unable to Contact License Server

Okay, so I'v reinstalled twice and gotten the same message. I checked the programs in Control Panel and noticed that my Poser 2014 is still there would that make a difference. Also should I uninstall all versions of Poser from the Control Panel before attempting to reinstall?
