Thanks for your reply. I understand, that's probably why there isn't many available

I had a gif version but the animation didn't play so here is each frame, for my strand hair test on clothing

I forgot to render a picture with just a hole so frame 2 should be that.

Frame 1: Base Model

Frame 2: Model with hole and strand hair

Frame 3: Re-Paint the texture
