I have never seen a .poc filetype and the only program that comes up when I research it was pocomail.

As for your other question, I think that your single zip would have to be extracted first then the poser install from archive would be used to install all of your content. If you try it on the single zip, you are likely to get an error or, a lot of zips dumped into your runtime.
