I have just one question - looking at the promos - why do people want metal bits stuck into a models face?

I just do not understand why anyone should want their tongue or ear or (other parts) festooned with metal bits. It makes no sense to me; but then, I am getting on a bit, and the world is constantly changing.

I'm not wild about it, either, but if you look at young people these days, a lot of them have piercings. Heck, a lot of not so young people have piercings. I really don't do much contemporary stuff, but if I did, I'd want those, because it's what's happening.

I feel the same about "trendy" hair like La Femme's Xenya Hair. There is just no way I would ever buy it. I see plenty of people with their hair shaved at the side that way, but I think it's going to look really dated fairly soon. I'm sure people who are into current trends love it, though.
