On La Femme Pro vs La Femme in 11.2 distribution:

La Femme from distribution has no gens/nipples. Any clothing for pro will fit, Pro comes with more textures and developer rigs to help in the creation of new content. There are probably other additional features, but I can not remember them now :D

In general you should not need to purchase the Pro version until you need the additional content or are developing content.
