Nope, something's wrong. I can't get any of ghostship2's shaders to apply. I have gotten the other things mentioned in this thread to apply. Maybe it's something I'm doing incorrectly. I've also bought the SuperFly Shaders for Poser 11 by Vince Bagna, and I've been able to apply those. So, if I'm doing something wrong in the case of ghostship2's offerings, I'd like to figure out what that is.

Not sure what to tell you. They all work on my system and nobody has ever complained that they did not. It's been a couple of days since you posted, is it working now?
