Use a skull cap. Just bump up the scale a notch and change the texture.

I have no idea where to find a skull cap in my runtime, but if I can, I'll give it a go. It's just that shower caps have a certain shape to them. I think you might mean swim cap which looks like a skull cap If you think about it. Much respect if you got to keep your hair.
