I am sorry for the delay Jin. It took me 12 hours to reply which is an average time. That kind of key system is a bit outdated because people want to use the software asap. I fully understand that. On the other hand it is safe. P3DO doesn't suffer much from piracy. There has been one or 2 key leaks and it was absolutely devastating. I should provide a temporary key, this would fix the issue. I have already studied such a system but it was not satisfactory. I plan to upload a new version here for the 20th anniversary of the software. This is just something more to do that is not Poser related
