For some weird reason I can't get the brush download to work. Still, I have another Tutorial using smoke bushes in Photoshop and you can use Photoshop brushes in GIMP. They're not the same brushes used in the GIMP video though but they are free.
Oh, and I'll be posting another tutorial for installing brushes in GIMP in a little while.
