This issue seems to be repeatable when the same vertices are morphed more than once, so Nerd's observation that lack of precision in Poser's math could cause errors to accumulate until the morph fails would make sense.
This is the box primitive with Preview subD at level 2, GoZ to create a morph twice. Where the same vertices have been morphed there are some major differences in the vertex positions on the second morph in Poser compared to Zbrush.
