In another thread, someone said the L'Homme base shape is free if you own La Femme. It's supposed to be in the La Femme update.

But I just re-downloaded it, and I don't see it. Not sure where it is. Injectable morph? Dial on the body? Entire CR2?

It sure is confusing...
