How I'd try (untested) if I din't have GoZ:

-Load L'Homme

-Zero him out

-Export obj making sure to export only him and nothing else, maybe I'd need to tweak the settings until I got it right here

-Take that into my modelling program and make my morph

-Back into Poser, load the morph into L'Homme and hope it works correctly

-Dial it to 1 and laugh as it doubles up on L'Homme's base morph

-Go into L'Homme's dial settings to lower the min value

-Dial L'Homme to value -1 and laugh as it shrinks down to something weird

-Spawn morph target

-Dial L'Homme back to 1
